We are looking for a DMPK/PD Data Scientist to join the Translational PKPD and Clinical Pharmacology.
You will be responsible for:
- Support of non-clinical toxicokinetic, pharmacokinetic and PKPD studies.
- Support front- and back-end IT infrastructure related to planning, execution, analysis, and database curation of non-clinical toxicokinetic (TK), pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PKPD) studies.
- Evaluate and quality check standardized TK and PK protocols with external collaborators (CROs) to reduce turnaround time.
- Validation of external TK and PK reports in collaboration with internal stakeholders and study monitors to enable fast data provision to final reports.
- Support tools and work as TK and PK customer representative for automated data analysis and prediction tools such as integrated high throughput PBPK models, automated NCA workflows, data analysis and reporting.
Integration of available in vitro and in vivo non-clinical data. Integration and visualization of available data within databases and maintenance of software used by drug discovery teams (e.g. Certara D360, Tibco Spotfire).
Align data analysis workflows with other approaches such as PBPK modeling, machine learning (ML) models and PKPD models (built in R, Berkeley-Madonna, Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, Morphit, Ability to perform PBPK analysis) and liaise with respective experts.
Explore and implement AI-supported reporting of TK data into final reports.
Requirements:
- MSc or PhD degree in life science, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, preferably with industry experience.
- Familiarity with TK and PK study designs, data analysis and failure analysis from in life to data and report.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: programming (e.g. Python, R, C++, Java, SQL), machine learning, chemoinformatics, computational chemistry, biology, or toxicology.
- Strong team player with proven track record in interdisciplinary and collaborative teams.
