Trainee Data Analyst (all genders) 80-100%

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Supporting the development of data-driven digital products and analytics solutions
• Collaborating with Product Managers to integrate business intelligence and data analytics into digital products
• Creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable business insights
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and business value through data analytics
• Contributing to AI and automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies
• Working with business stakeholders to support the adoption of digital and automation solutions
• Exploring emerging technologies in Data Analytics, AI, and Automation while continuously developing your expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• First practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Automation, or Artificial Intelligence through internships, projects, or thesis work
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar technologies
• An interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and a proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures
• Fluent English
