Your Tasks

• Develop resilient infrastructure and architecture designs in the hybrid datacenter environment.
• Plan migrations and implement complex implementation projects independently.
• Evaluate new technologies in the modern data center and hybrid cloud environment.
• Conduct technical workshops and accompany innovative solutions until successful production.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor for our customers and help translate requirements into scalable, future-oriented solutions.
• Analyze disturbances, handle troubleshooting, and ensure clear documentation of IT environments.
• Work closely with our experts as a technical sparring partner and further develop standards, best practices, and delivery approaches.
• Cooperate with leading manufacturers, actively shape our solution portfolio, and use labs, certifications, and training to stay technologically up to date.

Your Profile

• Completed education as a computer scientist (EFZ) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the datacenter environment.
• Solid technical knowledge of server and storage technologies.
• Solid knowledge of common hypervisor environments and Veeam Backup.
• Ideally possesses knowledge and certifications in current hardware and software solutions, such as from HPE, Dell, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Pure Storage, or Veeam.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
• Strong interest in new technologies, enjoyment of continuous education, and enthusiasm for presenting and moderating workshops.
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual strength, and a solution-oriented working style.
• Very good German skills, good English skills, team-oriented, and a confident and professional demeanor.
