We wish to recruit a Specialist CRM, DATA & Automation – Permanent position

Mission:

• Pilot and evolve Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem to meet marketing, sales, and loyalty needs.
• Define and optimize CRM processes, customer journeys, and lifecycle of prospects, members, and clients.
• Design workflows, automations, and integrations between CRM, marketing tools, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, website, and business applications.
• Ensure the quality, governance, and valorization of data: segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, and exploitation of data.
• Develop dashboards and indicators, analyze pathways and performances, and identify improvement levers.
• Contribute to generating and qualifying leads and improving conversion rates.
• Identify and implement use cases related to automation, Microsoft Copilot, and generative AI.
• Ensure technology monitoring and be proactive in developing new uses for AI and data.
• Accompany and train users, ensure a role of internal reference, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and IT teams, respecting governance, security, and data protection requirements.

Profile:

• Higher education in marketing, CRM, MarTech or related field (Bachelor HES or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a CRM, marketing automation, data management, or process optimization role.
• Very good mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM processes.
• Good knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong skills in data management, structuring, and governance.
• Strong interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and generative AI.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, with a penchant for continuous improvement.
• Autonomy, rigor, technological curiosity, and service orientation.
