Job Responsibilities

  • Leading applied mathematics and digital biology approaches that advance predictive, mechanism-based health and nutrition research.
  • Developing advanced mathematical, statistical and computational models that strengthen scientific decision-making across research programs.
  • Translating complex biological, clinical, nutritional, microbiome and omics data into clear insights that support discovery, validation and innovation.
  • Building artificial intelligence-enabled analytical workflows that help project teams move from descriptive analysis to predictive and decision-ready science.
  • Guiding cross-functional teams in using robust models, reproducible workflows and actionable recommendations to accelerate health-benefit innovation.
  • Leading and strengthening future-ready digital biology capabilities through scalable models, workflows, scientific frameworks, and strategic partnerships that accelerate innovation and reinforce Nestlé's leadership in digital biology.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in mathematical modelling, statistical learning, machine learning, causal inference, optimisation, predictive modelling and mechanistic modelling.
  • Experience applying quantitative methods to complex health, nutrition, biological, clinical, microbiome, omics or experimental datasets.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital biology approaches to accelerate discovery and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across research, data science, clinical, nutrition, digital and experimental teams.
  • Fluency in English.
