Your Mission:

As a Product Compliance & (Sustainability) Data Specialist, coordinate product compliance topics for Switzerland in collaboration with international teams and stakeholders, ensuring data quality and process efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Tasks:

• Monitor regulatory requirements in Switzerland and the EU
• Implement group-wide guidelines locally
• Coordinate product-compliance matters with stakeholders
• Maintain product compliance databases
• Ensure data quality and availability
• Define and enhance data collection and documentation standards
• Support analyses, evaluations, and reporting
• Process customer inquiries regarding product compliance and sustainability
• Document and improve existing processes
• Assist with digitalization and automation projects
• Provide support on regulatory queries

Your Attributes and Successes:

• Strong affinity for data and structured processes
• Ability to present complex information clearly
• Independent and precise work ethic
• Excellent Excel skills
• Collaborative spirit
• Proficient in German and English; Swiss German is a plus
• Experience in product compliance or sustainability
• Familiarity with ERP, PIM, or other database systems
