At Migros Bank AG, actively shape the future in the area of Data and Artificial Intelligence. Develop and manage data quality for our AI use cases. Identify potential for improving data quality and drive data value creation forward. We are looking for a personality who never loses sight of the essentials while diving into concepts and codes.

What You Will Do

• Analyze data quality issues, identify specific remediation alternatives, and coordinate with departments for implementation.
• Complex database structures and unstructured data formats are your domain and you easily translate business requirements into code (SQL).
• Lead projects in the area of Data Quality in the context of AI use cases and coordinate implementation with internal and external resources.
• Measure and monitor data quality in applications, knowledge databases, and the data lake.

What You Bring

• Education: Master's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences)
• Field of Study: Computer Science / Informatics / Business Informatics
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of Data Quality Management / AI Engineering / Business Analysis.
• Several years of experience in Data Quality and AI.
• Experience in Data Warehousing (Databricks), data modeling, SQL, ideally in the banking sector.
• Very good knowledge of modern data platform architectures (on-prem & Cloud) and a basic understanding of data protection/compliance.
• Solid project experience from data and AI projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• German (C1)
• English (B1)
