For our global Data Center business, we are looking for an experienced leader who is eager to shape markets, drive innovation, and connect international teams.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the global segment strategy, roadmap, and product portfolio for the Data Center market segment.
• Direct leadership of the HQ Data Center team, including Product Management (~4 employees).
• Overall responsibility for revenue and profitability.
• Close collaboration with regional market and sales organizations worldwide.
• Launch of new products and solutions in line with technological and market developments.
• Active involvement in strategic customer projects and key accounts.
• Representation of the segment towards Executive Management, the Board of Directors, as well as externally at customer events and trade fairs.
• KPI-based management, including budget and cost center responsibility.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (e.g., electrical engineering), complemented by business management know-how.
• Several years of leadership experience in ICT, Data Center, or other technology-driven environments.
• Proven success in market, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent execution capabilities.
• Very good English skills; German is desirable, additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to inspire and guide people, provide direction, and take responsibility.
